Procurement Bill – Written Evidence Submission

We welcome many aspects of the Procurement Bill and share the broad aims to reform the UK’s system. However, we’ve highlighted 5 areas where we believe the legislation could be improved – otherwise, we risk new measures being undermined and public trust in the integrity of the system will continue to decline.
