Response to the Procurement Green Paper

In December 2020, the UK Government published a Green Paper outlining bold and much-needed reforms to create a more open, efficient and fairer procurement system.

While we welcome many of the proposed changes, our statement outlines issues that need to be addressed in the consultation period and highlights the importance of proper resourcing for the effectiveness of reforms.
